After ordering your AffiliateFeeds.com subscription you will receive an email (within 48h) with your server IP address. You can adjust your DNS records to this IP address but in case you want immediate access try to adjust your hosts file with that IP address.
You’ll need to add:
1.3.4.5.6 staging.example.com
^^^^^^^^^-^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
IP ADDRESS-staging.DOMAINNAME.com
